Head east to York Road. Turn left on York Road. Turn
right at 2nd light (Ashland). Proceed approximately 2
miles and turn left into large parking lot. Please
obey all parking signs.

Supporting Rural Northern Baltimore County
North County Preservation (NCP) is a non-profit
(501C3) organization dedicated to supporting rural
life in Northern Baltimore County. We focus on
gathering and distributing fact-based information to
encourage responsible development and preservation. We
assist local communities in making decisions by:
1)Providing education on the history and unique local
resources of the area;
2)Performing studies on land use trends, issues, and
solutions that conserve natural, historical and scenic
resources;
3)Promoting solutions to protect open space in the
long term such as transfer of development rights and
preservation programs;
4)Provide funding for expert assistance where
necessary to support the implementation of Baltimore
County's Master Plan 2010.
